RETURN POLICY

 

Evinature Ltd. (“Evinature”) aims for customers that purchased products on the website to be completely satisfied with the Products provided (herein: the “Customers” or “You”, the “Products”, and the “Site”). If for any reason You are dissatisfied with the quality or aptness of our Products, please contact Evinature at info@evinature.com so that we may provide guidance regarding the Products and/or assistance with the return process.

All returns must be made within 45 days of the date of the purchase of the Products, returns made later than 45 days will not be accepted. If Your Products included any promotional items such as samples, these must be returned with Your original Products. Any missing Promotional items will be deducted from Your refund at full price.

The refund issued will be solely for the price of the Products returned and will not include any shipping fees charged for the delivery of the Products. 

Please note that any shipping costs incurred with the return of the Products are the sole responsibility of the person returning the Products and will not be incurred by Evinature in any event.

In the event that for some reason You: (a) received different Products then those You ordered; (b) Your Products were damaged during delivery; or (c) the products have expired, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may provide the necessary guidance and assistance.

It is Your sole responsibility to ascertain all legal restrictions including import regulations of Your country, in the case that You are unable to return the Products due to legal restrictions we will not be able to issue a refund for the Products.  

If we decide to allow the return of Products that have been rejected because of import or other legal compliance issues, we will refund the purchase price of the Products, less any charges we incurred in connection with the shipment, such as quarantine fees, exam fees, demurrage charges, or warehousing fees assessed in the destination country upon return of the goods, and less the shipping costs to return the package to us.

We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking information to help ensure the arrival of Your returned Products. Evinature is not and will not be responsible for any returned Products lost, missing or damaged during the return process, or for the amount of time it takes for the returned Products to arrive at our facility.

In order for us to process Your return more efficiently please attach a copy of Your invoice to the returned Products.

Once we have received the returned Products, we will contact You to confirm the return details. After the return is processed, we will issue a refund, please note that refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
