Rotem Sigall Boneh, RD

Rotem Sigall Boneh is a researcher and clinical dietitian in the PIBD research unit at the Gastroenterology and Nutrition Unit, Wolfson Medical Center, Holon, Israel.

Her major interest is the role of diet in Inflammatory Bowel Diseases, especially in Crohn’s disease. She was the founder and the head of PIBD research unit in Wolfson Medical Center. 

Rotem is the research dietitian and cofounder of the Crohn’s Disease Exclusion Diet, and was the project manager of several clinical trials investigating the role of diet in IBD in children and adults. She was an active participant in several position papers on diet and IBD. She currently serves as a lecturer in international conferences for physicians and dietitians.

In addition, she is the founder and former chair of the dietitians committee of the European Crohn’s and Colitis Organization, ECCO.
